Learning Experience Designer, Education Program Owner

  • Sole owner of the Education & Training program wind-down after acquisition: a 5-month deprecation plan across 200+ assets, 3 audiences and 1,500+ active learners, with zero resource gaps.
  • Audited and tiered the full catalog (retain, archive, redirect, retire), preserving WCAG 2.0 compliance on Skilljar and reducing support inquiries about moved content by 40%.
  • Aligned CX and technical leadership on sunset milestones and customer messaging; delivered biweekly status reporting to directors.

Hi, I’m Noah.

I started in interior design, moved into instructional technology, and have spent the years since building learning for SaaS, insurance and geospatial audiences. A UX/UI bootcamp sharpened how I think about learners as users, from personas and journey maps to the analytics that show where they get stuck.
